The pipeline transports refined petroleum products and is regulated by the US Department of Transportation (DOT) - Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) regulations, Title 49 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 195; The Office of California State Fire Marshal - Pipeline Safety Division and part of KMEP’s Integrity Maintenance Program (IMP).This data is considered incomplete, and will be updated as newer/additional information becomes available.
